At MG Australia, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Post the Parcel

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any Australia Post location or scheduled courier pick-up point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
